Editorial illustration for ELLE magazine, for an article about dinner clubs as a new way of networking. What’s a better way to find connection than through food?

Fiom

I was very honoured to be asked by iconic design studio KesselsKramer to make illustrations for the new identity of Fiom. Fiom is the centre of expertise in the field of unwanted pregnancy and questions about adoption and lineage.

Heavy subjects, and hopefully my illustrations will make some people feel seen and understood while they are dealing with issues like these.

The illustrations consist of 4 big 'puzzles', where all seperate pieces can be used and combined as spot illustrations throughout the website (and other media). Take a look here.

This Is Where You Can Find Me

“This Is Where You Can Find Me” is out! Rachel Sender invites fourteen Rotterdam-based illustrators to take an unconventional journey through Rotterdam’s most popular and overlooked areas, resulting in a colourful art book filled with illustrated personal stories. My muse was the metro, and all it’s uncomfortable and relatable situations.

Kaapse Brouwers

Kaapse Brouwers is Rotterdams finest brewery and also te main sponsor of Rotterday City Guide. They asked me to illustrate an advertorial for the back of the map, visualising their four locations: Kaapse Brewery, Kaapse Maria, Kaapse Kaap and Kaapse Willn’s. 

Rotterday 

Rotterday is the city guide for Rotterdams hidden gems and hotspots to drink, eat and shop. I had the honour to illustrate the spring/summer edition of 2022. The cover illustration brings an ode to summer days in the city and Rotterdams iconic architecture. Inside the guide is a map with illustrated landmarks for each neighbourhood. The city guide is free and can be found all over town.
